I joined Rotary in 2004 because I felt the need to help others.  In seeing the tremendous effort that Rotary had been engaged in, since 1985, to eradicate Polio in the world, I felt this was the right place for me because my mother had Polio and I had firsthand knowledge of what this can do to a family.

By becoming a Rotarian I would be not just part of this international concerted effort, but also part of a local club, working to improve the lives of people in my community. I was voted President of the club in 2006-2007, when we changed our name to The Rotary Club of Crofton.  It was a great honor to have been considered one among six Best Presidents of the District during that year and I am very grateful to all our club members, who supported me to such an extent, that our club received the District's Best Club Award, in 2007.

I greatly enjoy spending time with my family, boating and fishing. I have been in the printing business for the last 35 years and I have had my own Printing Business for the last 11 years.
